The majority of you grew up in such a society where judgment is more than easily exchanged between individuals than a simple kind gesture. Primarily, we are taught to imitate what is socially acceptable and to not question a higher power. Sheltered by definition is to “Protect or shield from something harmful” Initially, a parental instinct is to protect a child and defend it from harm. But in doing so, children grow up with unopened minds, untraveled, ignorant, terrified, fearful of the unknown and uninformed about the world around them. The typical American suburban kid may come off as arrogant and boastful, their attitude may project that they are cultured and clever, they may write brilliantly or be capable of illustrating a master piece, though; they are yet hindered in many worldly aspects. I call myself a writer because I love to express my insight. My awareness, I have grasped merely by being open-minded, by travelling the world and immersing myself in differing cultures, accepting, indulging, submerging my self. Travelling is an education in itself. Travelling has taught me how to acknowledge others and be open to their dissimilarities. It has taught me how to be independent, how to create and dream the unknown.

Ephesians 2:4-8 “but because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved. And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, in order that in the coming ages he might show the incomparable riches of his grace, expressed in his kindness to us in Christ Jesus.
